• Availability: All paintings displayed on the website are available for purchase unless marked as sold. If a particular piece is no longer available, it will be indicated on the product page.

• Pricing: Prices for each painting are listed in Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the final price.

• Payment: Payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods are detailed at checkout. All payments must be completed before the artwork is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping: The artist personally handles all shipping. Paintings are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

• Delivery Time: The time frame for delivery may vary depending on the destination and my own time schedule. Once your order is shipped, you can ask me anytime about the delivery status using the e-mail: contact@nocturnes.ch.

• International Shipping: International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be incurred upon delivery. These are not included in the purchase price.

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns: Due to the unique nature of the artwork, all sales are final. However, if the artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact me within 7 days of receipt with photographic evidence of the damage.

• Exchanges: Exchanges are not available as each artwork is one-of-a-kind.
